I needed a blender to make a large batch of gingerbread men and this blender did the job. My sister said I had to knead the remaining dry ingredients by hand because the mixer couldn't do it. She was wrong and I'm glad she was wrong. Kneading a thick dough by hand is quite tedious. The only downside I could find was that the nozzles had trouble pulling ingredients from the sides of the bowl, which were about 1/4 inch short. Just have a squeegee handy to help the blender from time to time until progressively thicker/stickier ingredients are blended.
