I am very disappointed with this product. Doesn't seem to be that durable. The mixer literally shook violently when I tried to knead the cookie dough. The shield is useless. It has a very small opening in an awkward spot for adding ingredients while the blender is running. Thinking Hamilton Beach would be cheaper and at the same time a well-known brand, I bought it for my wife. KitchenAid was out of our price range and after reading the reviews I decided on this one.
