Terrible product and customer service

I bought the SX500 on April 11th, 2021. A few weeks ago I discovered that new lists of favorite golf courses were not syncing. Skygolf touts that the SX500 allows users to select favorite courses that users define and users can manage the list. Found out my car can't do that. This is only allowed for the first set of favorites and when I tried to change the list I couldn't. I have contacted several Skygolf support staff regarding this issue, but none of them have resolved the issue. The last agent says the issue is being investigated internally and will get in touch with me. But the agent didn't bother to contact me for several days. My car is like new and I asked for it to be replaced. I would return it if I found out about this issue in the Revain return window. Skygolf has been silent on a replacement, despite having to follow its consumer limited warranty policy, which states the product will be free from defects for 6 months from the date of original purchase. It seems Skygolf doesn't want to respond to a consumer who bought a low quality product.
