Good for decorating cookies

I bought this dehydrator during a sale to speed up decorating cookies (king icing). I'm a fairly new home baker and this works great for me. It has multiple shelves, a detachable door, a rear fan and is easy to use. The only thing I didn't understand when I bought it is that the temperature is only measured in Celsius. Nothing bad, but something to think about.
