We bought this scooter for my daughter's 2nd birthday. When unpacking we were a bit disappointed. The left wheel had a very slight tilt, causing the scooter to tilt to the left. I contacted Vokul and they responded immediately asking me to send photos. When they saw that the wheel was indeed slightly warped, they agreed to replace the product with no problem. The second scooter arrived in perfect condition and my daughter has loved it ever since! You can see how easy it is to drive in the video. These videos were shot just a few days apart. Every time she rides a scooter, she feels more comfortable. She prefers it, prefers it to her impeller.
