Review on 🔌 GIANDEL 4000W Pure Sine Wave Power Inverter - Heavy Duty DC12V to AC120V with 4 AC Outlets, Remote Control, USB Port, and LED Display by Richard Summerall

Unit purchased = 4000w. Use for RV / 5th wheel. Received via Revain two days after purchase in good condition but remote control is missing. The missing remote control was received three days after support contacted me. Pros: Works according to the review. My plans are to use it for my 5th wheel drive. I received the device and tested it to see if it would hold up before putting it on my fifth wheel. I connected it to four long life 300A AGM batteries using two strands of 4/0 wire for positive and negative (the four supplied 8 gauge wires were too short and got hot with heavy use) . Tested with two 1500w heaters at 3200w load and ran great for about two hours before draining the batteries to half load and below 10 volts causing an auto shut off. Charge the batteries then do a second test by adding another 1500w heater (3 times) and still working. Restarted to 6200 watts on start and then lowered to 4200 watts and still worked fine until the batteries were below 10 volts, at which point it automatically shut down. The device consumes electricity, but delivers the required performance. I then tested it on the RV fridge and microwave. No unusual noises or problems depending on the power required. I haven't tested the pure sine wave performance yet, but using it on motors and heaters has not been a problem. The device is a good size (usually = length is about the size of an average person's chest and half the width, so it's quite large, but it can easily be installed in the front trunk on the 5th wheel. The remote control works great. A minus that translates into a plus: my unit originally came without a remote control the company actually contacted me via email from Revain asking if I received the unit and how it works I informed Elsa (customer service) that I DO NOT HAVE A REMOTE CONTROL and she sent it to me in 3 days Excellent customer support Unit works as advertised and excellent customer support Update - (02/10/2019) - Haven't installed it in my RV yet but tested it as an electrician It is rated for pure sine wave performance and meets specifications. I've had no trouble connecting my computers and sensitive electronic components to St to supply Rome. This device draws over 600 amps. (12 volts) at full power so I strongly recommend that the manufacturers have heavily upgraded their wiring and also use several heavy duty wire racks. I decided on a 4/0 wire and used three strands as I had an extra wire from another solar project (two 4/0 wires work well too). The more wire the better and the more strands the better. This block will pull a lot of amps.
