Update 09/17/2020: Received replacement tube and bag. The bag looks much prettier and more durable than the original. I hope they ship this bag with all new purchases because the other bag is cheaply made. The hose appears to have been replaced. Very impressed with their customer service! Update 8/26/2020: Your customer service team contacted me and offered to replace the bag and hose. I would rate their customer service five stars! Update: After about a month of relatively light use (maybe once a week) the bottom of the bag rips and the glue holding the hose and fittings together begins to fail. However, the surfboard itself still works great! Excellent value for money and quality! I've never used an expensive iSUP but can't imagine it's much better for twice the price! This is stable and behaves well in the water. It fits nicely in a bag and even has extra space for things like a life jacket or small fridge.
