Easy replacement - replacement parts
Easy to install, works great. One of the reasons I ordered this device was that it had 2 interchangeable pigtails in case one broke while filming. When unplugging two electrical plugs I have heard that they are difficult to remove, others have described them as stuck. I found they were covered in a very thick liquid silicone. I used a narrow, stiff spatula to very, very slowly remove the plugs without damaging them. Someone was later heard to say to heat the electrical connectors with a heat gun to soften the sealant before removing it.
