I will not overcook dinner
I'm always afraid of undercooking the meat I cook for dinner. I am very happy with this thermometer. The display is easy to read. I would never use the Celsius setting, but it's nice to be able to change it from Fahrenheit if needed. I think it's good that it has a protective cover that protects the sensor and doesn't fold out to the side. That's a good clinical thermometer.
