Card with upgrade code Business Edition received in the mail within 2 days as expected. I opened Silhouette Studio, basic version. Got to Help and then clicked Update Silhouette Studio. I entered the card code and clicked on "Send". The update process literally took 2 seconds, maybe just 1 second. It went so fast I didn't realize it was done. On the right side of the screen were all the new features that have now been activated. So I updated my laptop with the same code, but this time I focused on the right side of the screen when I clicked the submit button. The update came immediately. It's not easier for me. I highly recommend this update.
