I am giving this product 4 stars because my Cyberlink Power2Go 9 Platinum could not read the disc, but after upgrading to Power2Go 10 Platinum for $39.95 they work great. Never feel the need to update your Blu-ray player's firmware if the disc isn't working. If Windows detects that your drive is not updating the firmware, the problem is most likely with the software. I recorded the entire 15 disc pack on my LG WH16 internal Blu-ray burner. All of my family archives—photos, documents, and music—are kept in a fireproof safe forever.
