Mold after a month of use

After a month of use an insane amount of mold has built up where the rubber part meets the clear plastic part. I soaked it in vinegar for two days, tried scraping the mold out from underneath with various objects, but it didn't budge. The photos were taken after all my cleaning attempts; In the photo, they are black over almost the entire strip.
