Arrived unprotected and blown up

Maybe it's hard to tell from the picture but when I received my package I found that they hadn't fixed the goods with anything, it was just in the box in that yellow zippered bag. There is liquid in it, you have to pack it up, otherwise it will happen. I opened the bag and unfortunately the shampoo was half empty in the bag and everything in it was covered. I know the product itself is amazing but I'm really sad I paid for what I did for half a bottle of shampoo. I want this to be resolved.
