The thermometer was well packed. The remote sensor connects easily to the base and stays connected, which is an issue I've had with other branded thermometers. I was surprised that it has a sensor to control the temperature in liquids and solids. The hygrometer is a nice bonus, although it reads "HH" when it's raining or humid in the early morning. "HH" indicates that it is outside the range of two digits. When I compare the thermometer to my 15 year old device from another company, the inside temperature is within 0.8 degrees and the outside sensor is within 3 degrees. Who says what's true? I'm guessing it's the Inkbird as it seems closer to the local airport temp a few miles from my house. The only thing I would change is to make the base a bit bigger with a larger display. Depending on where you place the base it can be difficult to read while my old pad can be read from the middle of the room. Overall I'm happy with it. Another reliable product from Inkbird!
