You get what you pay for - the leather on this belt is quite sturdy and of fairly low quality. I find the strap too thick (we are talking about the thickness of the leather, not the width of the strap) and it sticks out too much in relation to my waist due to its extremely stiff nature. In other words, it doesn't fit at the waist, sticks out at the front where it attaches, and goes through double loops. In general, the belt is of mediocre quality, although it serves its main function - holding up the pants.
