The visual representation of business rules can be helpful at times when working with complex queries or models. I dislike how the application requires an active internet connection in order for it to sync with its database that resides online. It also takes time for your model changes to show up. This software does help make querying databases faster by allowing you to write SQL statements which then gets converted into SQL server syntax through their API's. I like how easy it was for me to get up and running with this software. There were many features that I needed but could not find in other products out there. The support team has been very helpful as well! Nothing at all really. This product works great so far. It's helped us better organize our reports. We have also seen some improvement in speed when creating new reports.
