I like that it is simple to use, has great customer support (even after hours) as well as very cheap pricing for basic sites. It's also easy enough for someone with no IT experience or technical knowledge which makes hosting even cheaper! There are some downsides such as being unable to host email accounts directly through one provider but this can be remedied by using an external service/hosting platform. Hosted my website at first cost only about £20 per year in comparison to other providers who charge almost double for similar services. They are very helpful and they have all the information you need about what they offer. They were able to find me exactly what I needed, which was an SSL certificate for a website that I had. There aren't any downsides to this provider. As a small business owner it is very easy to use one provider for many different things. It allows me to focus my time and make sure everything is running smoothly.
