Exactly as advertised. Would buy again without hesitation.
Works great with my old water heater. They appear to be made of sintered carbon fiber and are brittle. To prevent it from breaking again I put a 0.003" thick paper spacer/pad between the casting halves to keep this rotor from being pinched. This may reduce air pressure a bit but that's not a problem, the heater works fine.
