Bought this at the end of November to save for a Christmas present for a young family member. When it arrived I tried it (in demo mode) and it worked fine. When my family member opened it up and started using it, it worked perfectly. The next day after I removed the plastic piece on the back, I found that it wasn't working properly. Changed batteries and no difference. The entire package was posted along with the wrapping paper. What am I doing. I tried to find out how to contact support but couldn't find any contact information.
