They could be very good, but the lack of basic settings kills them. You cannot add any DNS setting at all. So you're stuck with what ever was ISP DNS. It looks like there are problems with the software as well. At first it wouldn't let me change the ssid name and password. The fields were greyed out as if they were not editable. Later he let me change it for some strange reason. Setting it up without DNS is a deal breaker for me. I don't like using the ISP's DNS server as their DNS server used to be down and my internet stopped working until I installed a good addressable DNS server. They have since released a firmware update that fixes all of my setup issues. It's not the most powerful network configuration, but it's a lot better than the single router configuration I had before. You reacted quickly again. They were able to confirm the issue through testing and promised another update to fix it. This will be the second update they are responding to and each time the turnaround time has been 2-3 weeks. Which company have you ever seen a fix or firmware update within 2-3 weeks of reporting it? I'm shocked at the top notch support.
