I purchased these pants in 2019 and the first pair fit so well that I ordered 7 more in different colors. I wear these pants for work. The elastic around the waist is firm, not but binding, and is very comfortable. The pockets are wonderful and deep. My suggestion for cutting the length: lay the pants down flat and use a ruler and fabric chalk to mark where you want to cut. It is better to cut too long for the first cut because you can always trim them. Use a pair of very sharp scissors, and do not let the fabric bunch up when you cut. Take your time and make sure the fabric lays flat the whole time you cut. I cut one leg at a time. It is amazing that even though there is no hem, these pants do not unravel. I am writing this in April 2022 and I'm still wearing these pants! I wash them after every single wearing, every week, and I put them in the dryer, yet they still look new. I did mess up on two pairs of pants and cut them too short when I first got them, but I just cut those legs higher and turned them into capri pants to wear for errands. These pants are so comfortable and now I finally have pants that are the perfect length, as well!
