Exactly what you'd expect from a $25 knife

Has a nice sharp edge that will accurately last a cooking session. The first time I used it, I rinsed it out and tumble dried it like I do all my knives. The next day it was covered in rust spots. I cleaned them, oiled them and now when I use them (having sharpened them again!) I hand wash and dry them straight away. So yeah, it works great, looks cool, has a good weight and balance. Just be prepared to sharpen and hand wash/dry for each use.
