My third Raspberry Pi
This life challenge is to be a media center PC with KODI and a gaming system with RetroPi. While I still use a microSD card for booting, it will soon be replaced by USB boot support, allowing me to use an SSD for storage. With two HDMI outputs, that's overkill for a media center. But as a budget calculator for two monitors, it would be ideal.
