They fit well but rattle because they are not snug enough

Being hard plastic they are noisy. The foam pads they come with feel too low to prevent the top from rocking back and forth, hence the rattling. I've tried putting some felt along the top inside edge to stop the rattling, but that also makes the device protrude and creates a bulge that I can feel every time I grab the handle. (Without my felt, it has a nice, smooth fit, but it's loose.) Because it's hard plastic, all the plastic stuff in the cups shifts and rattles with every stop and start—like a small bottle of hand sanitizer.)
