To say I'm disappointed with the performance of this system would be an understatement! I had to go up at least 2 bars to where I am and I didn't get a single bar. We have moved the antenna twice and will do it again. We live in a mobile home all the time and put it first on the back stairs and now on the terrestrial antenna stand. I just bought a 25ft flagpole and will try to mount an antenna on it. This will be my last try. The outdoor antenna is currently located about 30 feet from the indoor antenna. I hope we get better results on the 25ft flagpole. UPDATE: I've had an external antenna installed on a 25ft flagpole for a few months now. My cell phone reception has not improved. The manufacturer contacted me before I installed the 25ft bar, but I wanted to see if that would make a difference. It's not like this. Would like to fix this system if the manufacturer contacts me again. We really need this system to work as we are in the tech support business and the calls we receive are negligible. Thanks Jim
