This is my second one. I had to return the first one because it would not charge. I got my replacement and it charged up and it worked for two months. I loved it. Now it will not charge and it does not work. It is past time for me to return it for a refund. Needless to say I will be buying another brand of cordless vacuum. Very disappointing. It was so light weight and easy to use and I’m sorry it has quit working, but I cannot trust another one to work.
