UPDATE: Cathy was very helpful in resolving the issue. She made this customer very grateful and happy! 5 stars for customer service. I travel a lot for work, so I needed something light and easy to take with me. It meets the size and weight requirements. Picture quality is good, the device fits easily in a laptop bag, and the single USB-C cable was a plus for data and power. But no matter what I try, the phone won't see it as an external display. . I have a Google Pixel 5a, maybe the problem is in the phone but I can't figure out what the problem is. Recently, USB-C ports stopped working. I replaced the cable and still no luck getting it working. Now I'm connected to the power cord with an HDMI cable to make it work. Summary. Until this issue is resolved I do not recommend this to anyone. I will contact the seller to see if they can replace the device. I will update this review once I have more information.
