Review on ROCKRIX by Oscar Berry

The Store That Rocks, ROCKRIX, is currently out of business.

Let's just say that ROCKRIX didn't rock my world, unless we're talking about the world of disappointment, after I recently made the error of giving them a try. Their most advanced televisions? Likely closer to bottom of the barrel. I'm pretty confident I could get a clearer picture by staring at a wall because the picture quality is so bad. And let's not even begin to discuss the sound fidelity. Better music has been produced using a tin can with a string, in my opinion. How about their cutting-edge multimedia accessories? Let's just say that their innovative efforts resulted in the creation of goods that are frustrating and useless. After spending hours attempting to fix the video projector, I was left with a headache and a useless piece of equipment. What about their client service? Ha! Good luck reaching anyone on the phone at all, much less someone who can give you assistance. They seem to be attempting to be unhelpful on purpose. Finally, I would not advise anyone to purchase ROCKRIX. Shop elsewhere to save money and your health. Because, let's face it, you can tell that a business is making up for something when its motto is "ROCKRIX - The Store That Truly Rocks."

Pros
  • Service to customers of the highest caliber
Cons
  • Delivery might take longer than anticipated.
