Review on PETKNOWS by Abhinav Drury

My experience with PETKNOWS' online store does not live up to the company's claims that it is the one-stop shop for creative types, despite the fact that they market themselves as the definitive destination. In spite of the fact that they assert to have a "well-chosen array" of products, I discovered that their collection was restricted and lacked breadth in a number of different categories. In addition, I've had multiple bad experiences with their customer service team, who were unresponsive and unhelpful whenever I had questions or problems with my purchase. Their shipping times were also quite sluggish, which was frustrating when I needed materials for a project and couldn't rely on them to arrive in a timely manner. I was unable to rely on them arriving in a timely manner. In general, PETKNOWS may have a decent reputation in the world of arts and crafts; however, I would not recommend their online store to other creative people because it is not user-friendly. There are other choices available that are superior, some of which have more extensive product selections and superior customer service.
