After installing the POS and NEG terminal blocks in my RV I needed to make wiring changes. When I tried to remove the nuts I had installed on the terminal blocks, 3 nuts hit the bolts and I couldn't get them loose. I removed the bolts and nuts by cutting them in half with a dremel. I removed both terminal blocks, disassembled, replaced all 8 stainless steel bolts with 3/8" x 1 1/2" zinc grade 5 bolts and nuts. Otherwise the terminal blocks are OK. Looking back I would say 20/20. I would like to apply a little Never-Seize to stainless steel threads as thread abrasion is more common on stainless steel fasteners than regular screws.
