The product is missing some really important features. I would mainly talk about the missing value. The counterweight is your value displayed in USD (or other fiat currency). If you have 0.938340 Bitcoin, 1.38473 Ethereum and 7.3473 Litecoin, you have no idea how much you have. You should find out by going to a conversion site. You can't easily export your public key (xpb) either, which allows you to see your balances on your phone in real-time. There hasn't been an update to the Chrome app for a year, so there's not much support. Also doesn't support many currencies. However, the ease of use is great. Unlike the popular Ledger Nano S, you don't have to hop from app to app in a key to see how much you have, everything is in one place, making it easy to switch from one place to another. It's very well done. I like its convenience, but I don't think I'll keep it to myself. Update - I returned this product due to a lack of functionality in the software. I would have kept it (and preferred it) if the software had been better designed, but it was severely lacking in functionality.
