Zero Carb Boost - No More Wheat

My doctor put me on a raw food diet and thankfully there are some great recipes out there and a whole raw food culture movement. I only bought it because it was supposed to make 1mm pasta, but I soon got rid of it and then waited half a year before deciding on a better product. I researched for months and really wanted a 1mm blade for angel hair noodles. There was a lot of hype in the Spiralizer review about suction cups and I finally gave up on the idea that I "should" have suction cups and that's when this Chiba came on the radar and I realized it was sturdier than cheaper models and I found it included a super sharp and thin 1mm blade and I love my new no carb angel hair and spaghetti noodle diet. There are many great recipes online and some dishes that call for cellophane noodles can substitute small cucumber noodles (peeled) and I understand it's not hard to buy replacement blades. I definitely got what I paid for and now I'm eating healthier lunches. For example, cucumber spaghetti noodles are a great substitute for buckwheat noodles in some Asian soup dishes ("nang muen”). The ratcheting mechanism makes it easy to rotate, and the presence or absence of suction cups is not a problem when standing. above the device when rotating. I've used this on thick carrots and then briefly blanched the carrot noodles and you can use your imagination with the sauce types or stick with the traditional red and white spaghetti sauces. There is a thumb grip lever that activates the ratchet. motionI and like everything new you have to be ready to master it and if you really want to eat healthier but still love your pasta. Angel hair pasta, it's perfect. I gave this device to my daughter who had Paderno because she saw that it was easier to use overall and also very thin pasta. I'll buy one again. To clean it, I rinse it with water and use the brush that came with it. It's no harder to clean than those old-fashioned graters. It really eliminates my cravings for cooked pasta. As a longtime pasta and spaghetti lover, (peeled) zucchini noodles in a warm spaghetti sauce completely satisfy me. Just sprinkle some sea salt on top and let it sit while the sauce heats up in the pot. It has a very pleasant al dente crunch. Angel hair cucumber noodles go well with sweet and sour sauce or spicy sesame oil sauce. If you've never tried raw mango tomato sauce—it's all about eating raw, being healthy, and enjoying your trip to Wellville. My doctor is happy that I no longer have to take stomach medication or other digestive or palliative drugs.
