I mainly use these houses for music and movies on AppleTV. Using my iMac as a source, I can go anywhere on the second floor of my house and still hear music through multiple walls. I also use them with my iPhone Xs and iPad 2018 with good results. But I'll admit they sound better with an iMac or iPad as the source. I do not know why. So should I take this out of the house? Well, ANC doesn't exist, neither do these closed-back headphones. So my B&W PX, P9 or Jabra 65T takes the lead when I go out in public. I admit that the retro look might not be for everyone. But metal and leather seem shiny to me! As over-ear headphones, they're a lot more comfortable than most over-ear headphones I've tried. The soft leather of the ear pads is comfortable for my ears. Hell, I even got a second set of different colored ear pads to make a difference. Olive color on black and gray fittings! This is a headphone with a rich sound. No frequency is too high or missing. I'm not new to headphones as I own five other earphones besides BT earphones. All I can say is that the listening phase probably helped. I know there are people who think that hacking headphones only happens in the mind of the user. But it works for me.
