My bras are happy! - Housewares

I do not understand why this product is rated so negatively. This worked great for me! Both my cheaper bras and my $100 bras! The clasp does not open and the bras remain in perfect condition! I use it in a front loading machine and use it in a hand wash cycle. Anyway, I love Bra Maid and will be buying more to gift to friends!
