I ordered this product and was very pleased with the range of options including flow rates and flow types. However, we noticed that the pump restarted completely after a power failure. Not everything is so surprising; I was out of town at the time, but that's why my fish died. Then, about a week later, we looked at the aquarium and regularly saw that the pump stopped working. After disconnecting and reconnecting it works fine, but only for a few hours and at increasingly frequent intervals. The most frustrating part is that the error ONLY appeared outside of the 30 day return window (four days to be exact). Even for a backup pump it was a waste of money. I do NOT recommend this product AT ALL.
