Received on Saturday. Fully charged. Used on Saturday afternoon and most of the day on Sunday. Connected easily, let me know the status, sounded great. On Sunday evening a voice informed me that the battery was low. Put it in a charger that charged all the devices I had for many months. The red light came on. The next morning the device was completely inactive. No sound, no light, nothing at all. Registered on voxoa.com, a very minimalistic and useless website. Send an email. Waiting for a reply in "48-72 hours". ------------- Response in less than 72 hours. "Return to Revane" which I did. I read a bit more and ordered a replacement. Charged several cycles. No problem. Other than that, this article is great. I'm particularly excited that this can connect to both my PC and my phone via Bluetooth at the same time, so I can connect to my PC and answer calls when it rings without breaking the BT connection! That's wonderful! It doesn't look like more expensive alternatives to this model have the same capabilities. Upgraded to 4 stars in anticipation of several months of store experience. ------------- Downgraded to one star. after three weeks of almost daily use and successful nightly charging, the second device is now dead, completely ineffective. I won't buy a third time, and you probably shouldn't either.
