The non-slip steps work great.
My family and I moved into this old house with steep stairs leading to the second floor and my son's rooms. Being disabled the wooden steps were slippery and intimidating for me and our little dog Otis couldn't get down on his own and had to be carried down. Now that the stairs are carpeted, neither Otis nor I have any problem visiting my son. This is a great product and I have no hesitation in recommending it.
