Pretty easy to replace once you figure out how to open it
Do not take out the device like me, it is not necessary. It opens from above. It wasn't difficult to replace. I've spent a lot more time deep cleaning the oven (since I've had one). The switches are easy to press, making installation easy. They go in series, so if one shorts out, the ones behind won't work either.
