The price of this product can be high sometimes that's why I am not using any other help desk solution at present time but still they have good customer support team who will assist you if needed. It would definitely worth trying out this tool because there are no major drawbacks yet. At least try once before deciding anything else about me or my business so that i could give proper feedback regarding your products.
