After years of struggling with occasional carpal tunnel infections, I finally bought a wrist brace for women (or thinner wrists I guess). My wrists are narrower and this fits much better than the standard brace! Material and upholstery are very comfortable. I use it occasionally, only when I feel pain and then mostly at night. So not sure how it will hold up to everyday use or for people who need stronger support like braces. It's also a bit pricey but worth it to me for the fit and comfort.
