I bought this because of the packaging (bamboo) which is fantastic, practical, easy to use and looks great left on the counter. It is also closed for hygiene reasons. My problem is the actual product. While it's durable, which I appreciate, it's a bit harsh on my gums. I try not to floss aggressively, but I find that a little more wax on the floss gives better results for people like me with sensitive gums. I floss twice a day so I don't think I overdid it. I am not sure if I will buy again. Let's get back to dr. Tang's dental floss, which has terrible packaging.
