Get it from an environmental perspective and customer service

I bought and support this product for environmental reasons. Anything I can do to keep plastic waste out of our oceans and landfills, I try to do. Thread is not naturally as strong as regular thread, so it can be composted. I contacted the company as it seemed to me that it rubs easily. The owner is a woman and I love supporting a women run business, but beyond that she contacted me directly, sent me two supplements to make sure there was no problem with that load of floss and gave some tips…

Large selection of dental floss!

This dental floss cleans the interdental spaces excellently and the minty freshness is very pleasant. I also appreciate the fact that the floss and packaging are eco-friendly. Every little thing helps. Brush your teeth and help the environment: win-win!

Want to love it, but the thread is too hard.

I bought this because of the packaging (bamboo) which is fantastic, practical, easy to use and looks great left on the counter. It is also closed for hygiene reasons. My problem is the actual product. While it's durable, which I appreciate, it's a bit harsh on my gums. I try not to floss aggressively, but I find that a little more wax on the floss gives better results for people like me with sensitive gums. I floss twice a day so I don't think I overdid it. I am not sure if I will buy again…

Very nice bamboo holder

I really like this bamboo thread holder. It works great and since it's always in my bathroom it's aesthetically pleasing to look at.
