Runs small and the material is terrible. But I can't return it after adding a Christmas accessory to my skirt for my daughter's ugly sweater at school. She wears it with her green sweater. Unfortunately this skirt cannot be ironed. You can flatten it for nothing. My daughter is 9 years old. She is very thin. She is size 150 and is very small. shorts underneath.
