I ordered this for use with a Polycom VVX 411 phone at my healthcare facility. At the height of the pandemic, we were only allowing a limited number of patients into the waiting room at one time. There was a girl at the front door with a laptop, but she also needed access to her office phone. There is no network connection where it should be so I decided to try this. Once I set the phone to wireless it worked like a charm! Sure, we had a good WiFi signal, but the call quality was just as good as if it was connected with an ethernet cable. It really helped us when we needed it the most! Highly recommended!
