It includes all the hardware needed for one set of doors. It comes packaged like anything you would find at a hardware store. The instructions that came with it are absolute rubbish. They have photos that don't really give you a good idea of what to do with everything in the kit. The only reason I knew where most of them were was because I was replacing damaged parts on a door I already had. If you need help with the installation, your best bet is to look online for instructions.
