theses are excellent. Cinnamon is the best flavor they offer in my opinion. But fair warning, if you use them frequently throughout the day, they will make your lips and tongue rough. I bought them to help get out of Copenhagen and they did it. I wanted something with a little sting to satisfy my nicotine cravings. I went from 5 cans of Copenhagen a week to zero in just a few weeks. I threw in cold turkey and these theses were my only saving grace. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking to kick a bad habit.
