Review on Numark CC 1 Turntable Cartridge Headshell by Carlos Massey

The product itself is an excellent problem with them. So when I needed a new one, I looked it up here at Revain and found it for a few bucks less. Buying it here was the obvious choice. When I received it I immediately unboxed it and installed it on my cartridge, it was amazing and worked like a charm. I used it for maybe 2 hours the first day and maybe an hour the next morning. I go to my player to put in another record, it works great and suddenly it starts skipping a lot. So I remove the cartridge and notice that for some reason the needle is sharpened. Let them know I was playing new records and not old ones that might be dusty etc. Overall I was initially very happy with the product but then very disappointed in how long it lasted when I had the same stylus who has kept me almost a year. I guess there's nothing I can do now but just throw away $30.
