Happy with the purchase. Robust construction. I've ridden it about 100 miles now and it feels like it's part of a bike (bike). The clamp is tight. I have a thin case around the Moto X4 and I can see that the clip is slightly squeezing the sides of the case - the phone isn't going anywhere. I had some serious bumps in downhill speed and no issues. I actually accompany this with regular rubber holders that wrap around the corners. Gives me a little more peace of mind, but I'm not sure if it's necessary. Had bad experiences with other holders where either the phone slipped out or the plastic snapped into place. I like the phone in this holder. The clasp did not fit the leg. The 31.8mm steering wheel seems to be the limit. I have a rotating model, and when installing it in the rotating mechanism, there is a slight backlash. Not disturbing, but noticeable.
