It was easy to communicate with them during our initial meetings, they had so many ideas of what we could do for us as an organization! They really are experts at their craft - I'm sure it's not just because there were more emails than anything else out here (and maybe this does happen). There weren't any major issues or problems from my end but if you're looking into working together please go ahead & give me some time after your project has been started before contacting anyone about future projects/ideas. We will be using NLC again moving forward!! Our goals have all changed since hiring next level communication services - now instead of only thinking "how can i grow?" how should we think differently? How much better would things look today without these great people helping?! The team at NLM has been very responsive to our needs. They are always willing to go above and beyond for us. There have been times when we had questions or concerns, they were able to get back to us quickly with a solution. I can't think of anything I dislike about their service. We have used them for several years now, and continue to be impressed by how much they care and how helpful they are.
