This android box is very small and works very well. I had no freezes or buffering. The remote control for the box is very nice and can be programmed to control the TV volume and turn it on and off. The UI with this box is terrible. very plan or simple and not comfortable. The box will also not run the current Netflix or CBS access apps that are available for Android. I've tried about 15 different Netflix builds and none of them work. The Android 9.0 set-top box has some compatibility issues with many of the current streaming apps on the Google Play Store. The Amazon Prime Video app will not launch at all. It installs but throws errors and never loads the video. This is the third Android console I have. It's much faster than my others due to 4GB of storage, but struggles to play many of the most popular apps. I believe that updating the current build might fix the issues but I don't see that given the price of the box,
